Dielectric Water Proofing Filler

It would be interesting to measure the resistance of the completed, sealed connection now and 2 years later. If the filler is non-conducting it may interfere with (desired low) center conductor series resistance. If the filler is conducting, it may contribute shunt resistance from center to shield.
