80m Full Wave Loop SWR

This plot is for an 80m full wave loop cut for 3.5 MH fed with over 200' of 450 balanced line. The measurements were taken with a 4:1 balun inline. The measurements were taken AFTER the balun.

How to Solder a PL-259

There are many ways to solder PL-259 connectors. I find this approach to be quite good. The tinning works great to insure a good connection of the braid to the connector. I use a cable stripping tool to trim the excess shield.
