This is one of the many current articles questioning the arrangement between Apple and Ireland. It is certainly not unique or new, but has seemed to attract more interest than similar arrangements employed by US corporations for many years. It is curious that the two major US political parties both favor a reform of high US corporate tax rates, but no reform has yet occurred.
